Course Structure
01 Health and Safety Measures:
Covers COSHH regulations, proper handling of hazardous substances, safety protocols, and compliance with relevant health and safety legislation.
02 Anatomy and Physiology Fundamentals
Includes detailed instruction on facial anatomy, skin layers, muscle dynamics, and the mechanisms of aging.
03 Injection Techniques
Focuses on proper injection placement, safety protocols, and effective methods for different facial areas, such as nasolabial folds, lips and marionette lines.
04 Practical Application and Tools
05 Client Consultation and Record-Keeping
Learn effective consultations, proper documentation, and how to address self-image concerns with empathy. Training emphasises recognising when psychological referrals are more appropriate than cosmetic treatments.
06 Complications Management
Learn to identify and manage potential complications: side effects, allergic reactions, post-treatment issues etc. Recognise early signs of problems, implementing effective solutions, and ensuring patient safety with proper follow-up care.
Learning Outcomes
Participants will develop fundamental skills in administering dermal fillers with safety, understand anatomy related to injections, and become proficient in consultation techniques. Upon successful completion of theory and practice you will receive the Red Book with evidence-backed new products and Purple CPD Accreditation allowing you to apply for insurance.
